E-Banking Technology Characteristics and Performance of Micro and Small Enterprise in Kenya

Purpose- The study investigated the indirect effect of innovative behavior on relationship between e-banking technology characteristics and micro small enterprises (MSE) performance through adoption in Kenya. Design/methodology: employed an explanatory research design a multistage sampling technique to collect cross-sectional data using self-administered questionnaire. sample size 455 MSEs was drawn from target population 5915 Vihiga County, Findings-The findings showed complementary mediation MSE performance.
